Refund Policy - the basics

Voltra complies with Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue. Voltra will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within a specified timeframe, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are not required under law and may incur return shipping fees.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
